Job Description

As our Senior Financial Analyst, you will be key in the support of the total company P&L consolidation and reporting process, responsible for creating and maintaining monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for both internal and external parties.

On a daily basis, this professional will manage GAAP and non-GAAP total company and other expenses P&Ls.

To thrive in this role, a successful candidate will have strong analytical, planning, forecasting, and financial modeling skills, and exhibit good business judgment.

Here’s what you will experience working as a Senior Financial Analyst:

  • Owning and managing total company GAAP and non-GAAP other expenses reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Analyzing historic trends and forecasting total company variable cost.
  • Continuing to improve total company income statement reporting driving additional visibility and financial accountability across the company.
  • Working closely with FP&A leaders consolidating quarterly estimates and understanding key drivers for risks & opportunities.
  • Collaborating with Accounting teams and other business partners at all levels of the organization in the analysis of financial performance.
  • Assisting with the total company budget and forecasting process by supporting target setting process, creating budget templates, and coordinating budget process across US & India FP&A teams.
  • Partnering with System team driving various initiatives to automate total company reporting, maintaining total company entity and account hierarchy, managing FP&A system availability for forecasting and budgeting scenarios.
  • Supporting quarter end activities including preparation of materials for BOD meetings and quarterly earning calls.
  • Training, managing, and collaborating with offshore team on various initiatives and to support ongoing processes.
  • Developing process solutions through automation, standardization, and innovation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance or accounting.
  • 2+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, analyzing financial results/statements and developing budgets and forecasts.
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • Fundamental understanding of business operations, connecting financials to operational drivers.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate results verbally and through financial analyses and other documents to all organizational levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping pace with changing internal and external customer demands.
  • Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to defend and articulate concepts effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Adaptive reporting proficiency is a plus.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $59,282.00 – $110,424.03 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
