Position Summary:

Gather and analyze data about an organization’s operations to identify areas for improvement, then translates those insights into actionable plans by collaborating with stakeholders, gathering requirements and recommending process changes or system modifications, essentially acting as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions; your primary responsibilities include researching business processes, identifying potential issues, help to create data-driven reports with Business Intelligence Analyst, and presenting recommendations to management to optimize efficiency and effectiveness within the company.

Salary range: $80-120k

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Data collection and analysis: Gathering data from various sources (Yardi systems, Excel, surveys, interviews) to understand current business processes and identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Requirements gathering: Defining and documenting business needs, including functional and non-functional requirements, by collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project goals are clearly understood.
  • Process modeling: Creating visual representations of business processes using tools like flowcharts and diagrams to identify potential bottlenecks and areas for optimization.
  • Cost-benefit analysis: Evaluating the potential impact of proposed solutions by assessing costs, benefits, and risks associated with different options.
  • Reporting and presentation: Preparing clear and concise reports with actionable recommendations to communicate findings and proposed solutions to key decision-makers.
  • Project management support: Assisting with project planning, tracking progress, and managing stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • System implementation support: Collaborating with IT teams to ensure new systems effectively meet business requirements and are successfully implemented.

Qualifications

The candidate must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
