Job Description
? Responsible for primary sales to distributors and secondary sales in the markets assigned
? Identify potential Foodservices towns and appoint distributors in those towns where Zydus doesn’t have a presence for new business development.
? Coordinating with distributors and branch team for commercials like collections, claims etc.
? Manage the Distribution of Zydus Wellness products supported by a team of distributors/territory sales person who cater to the customers in these markets
? Responsible for ensuring stocks levels as per company guidelines at distributor points
? Meet premium institutional customers like star hotels, restaurants, Backery, cafes etc. on a daily basis for sales of Zydus products.
? Interact with purchase managers and chefs of various food service channels.
? Look out for new products/packs from competition and any other competitor activity
? Continuously gather data on competitor pricing, sales, customers etc and analyse sales data and past trends.
? Identifying opportunities in alternate institutional channels for Zydus products, eg. schools / corporate canteens etc.
? Understand and ensure profitable / sustained growth of business and strong orientation to commercial terms, profitability calculations etc.
