Immediate Supervisor: Sales Head

POSITION PURPOSE:

To sell company’s furniture products and represents their brand. To manage relationships with customers, serving as the key point of contact, from initial lead outreach to when a purchase is ultimately made.

Key Roles / Duties

Sites identifications and prospecting.

  • Identify construction sites where you can propose Prompt Supplies as their furniture provider. Track bids, submit applications, and contact clients’ Prompt supplies is already prequalified to serve.
  • To identify potential clients and develop leads through research and outreach.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • The salesperson will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, ensuring that they are satisfied with the products and services offered by the company.
  • The primary goal of the salesperson is to increase revenue for the furniture company by closing deals with corporate clients.

Sales:

  • The primary goal of the salesperson is to increase revenue for the furniture company by closing deals with corporate clients.

Customer service:

  • The salesperson will need to provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.

Product knowledge:

  • The sales representative should have a deep understanding of the company’s furniture products and be able to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and unique selling points to potential clients.

Community and Public Relations

  • Assures the company and its mission, programs, products and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders.

Any Other Duties

  • Ensure that any other duty assigned by Sales Head /Management is executed to their expectations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales and Marketing, or any other related field. A relevant certificate in sales is an added advantage.
  • 2 years of progressive experience, preferably in sales and marketing.
  • Good logical thinking ability, communication ability and execution ability
