Job Description

The Assistant Director of International Student & Scholar Services (ISSS) works closely with and reports to the Director of ISSS. Serving as a Designated School Official (DSO) and Alternate Responsible Officer (ARO), this position acts as the primary point of contact for international exchange students and visiting scholars. The Assistant Director provides high-quality advising for international students and scholars, develops community-building cultural programming, and supports all ISSS functions and responsibilities as needed. Additionally, this role contributes to Gonzaga’s mission by fostering intercultural competence and promoting global engagement across the university community.

The budgeted annual salary range that the University reasonably expects to offer for this position is $54,240- $56,000 annually.Â
