Join our AlterDomus Team in Nicosia as a Receptionist.
Your Future Responsibilities
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and post;
- Dealing with incoming telephone requests;
- Organizing conference rooms, welcoming clients etc;
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations;
- Dealing with petty cash and office suppliers;
- Contributing to keeping our internal bases up to date;
- Organizing meetings and agendas for Management;
- Contact with bank(s) and other local authorities when needed;
- Organizing and collecting documents for notarization or legislation;
- Collecting signature of documents under the supervision of the team;
- Assisting with preparation and filling of company secretarial documents;
- Undertaking administrative tasks on an ad hoc basis;
- Tracking and ensuring all office stationery is appropriately stocked for clients and staff;
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Y ou are a graduate in the administrative or secretarial field or have 1-2 years’ experience in a relevant business domain;
- You are fluent in both written and spoken Greek and English;
- You are MS-Windows software literate, especially in Excel and Word;
- You demonstrate a pragmatic approach to problems;
- You are organized, flexible and able to manage several skills;
- You demonstrate good communication and reporting skills;
- You demonstrate a friendly, pleasant and reliable personality, focused on personal and professional integrity and confidentiality;
- You are a good team player (helpful, showing solidarity and share information);
- You are autonomous, have strong organizational skills and abilities to adopt, you have excellent listening skills and interpersonal skills;
- You are adept at meetings and all deadlines;
- Previous experience in the financial services or in an administrative role.
