Job Description
Baglioni Hotels & Resorts is looking for an IT Specialist to join the IT Department team for our HeadOffice in Milan.
The resource will be in charge of the following activities:
- Principal point of contact for technical support for IT services (hardware, software, network, systems)
- The candidate will work closely with the IT manager in achieving IT projects
- IT network management; configuration, monitoring and maintenance of LAN and Wi-Fi networks to ensure a stable and secure connection for guests and staff.
- Support and maintenance of the equipment in the meeting rooms and of the IPTV system.
- Continuous monitoring and control of the performance of computer systems to identify and resolve any problems before they can affect operations.
- Implementation of backup solutions and data recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of failures or data loss. – one drive.
The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience in the same role or in similar contexts
- Knowledge of the main operating systems, IOS, Android, Windows and Knowledge of infrastructure, Wi -Fi and LAN networks
- Knowledge of Microsoft O365, Cloud and SaaS Applications and Services and knowledge of VM Ware.
- A Fluency English, Spanish will be a plus
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience in a Servicedesk service
