• Forecasting, Planning and procurement of parts for suppliers designated
• Supplier Performance monitoring and reporting to Supplier Management.
• Stock Efficiency Review & actions through PDCA
• End of production parts management
• Supplier discrepancy management
• Critical supplier review & actions (Loc.,Imp & I/h)

New model Management (R & N)

• Parts readiness for domestic & exports before SOS
• Drive overall parts preparation activities of Nissan domestic & export market events
• Preparing Project charter & tracking activities as timelines.
• Coordination on packaging finalization, HSN , Purchase price & selling price availability.
• Overall drive & conducting regular review with all stake holders.
• Stocking – Tracking New Model Launch for Domestic & Export Markets and ensuring KPI (>95% @ SOS)
• Coordination with sales countries till parts delivery.
• Sharing tracker & management reporting’s as per fixed timelines
• Utilizing MPS tool to track Nissan Model Launches

Inventory & MOS

• Inventory Planning & Control
• High value parts monitoring
• Maintaining & Monitoring MOS, Stock Efficiency Review & actions through PDCA & EOP parts management

Back Order Management

• VOR order parts prioritization
• Aged BO & Total BO monitoring & maintain within norms
• 98% N+1 fill rate
• QRQC ETA availability/PDCA/exploring alternate solutions /alternate source/PDCA

Supplier performance Service Parts Planning (SAP-SPP)

• Maintain high level of Intime performance
• Monthly Forecast & DRP Cycle runs
• Initiate and implement PR to PO cycle
