Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our team at Westbrook Toyota in Westbrook, CT. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our dealership’s finance department, assisting customers in securing financing options and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of automotive financing and leasing processes for vehicle purchases.
• Assist customers in understanding and selecting appropriate financing options tailored to their needs.
• Maintain relationships with financial institutions to secure competitive financing rates.
• Verify customer credit applications and obtain necessary approvals.
• Ensure accurate completion of all finance and insurance paperwork.
• Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements related to automotive financing.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients to enhance the overall purchasing experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Automotive Finance Manager is required.
• Strong understanding of automotive financing and leasing processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with finance and insurance software.
