Job Duties And Responsibilities

The Lead will be required to perform specific tasks and duties essential for continuous job success. The following are required for overall job performance.

  • Demonstrate excellent Guest First Service and maintain a positive attitude towards Guests, Team Members and Management.
  • Assist the Supervisor in daily operation of Rentals location(s) at Hurricane Harbor. May be required to operate area with supervisor not present.
  • Assist in monitoring that we are in full compliance with all Cash Handling policies and procedures
  • Assist Supervisor in handling damages, and transfers.
  • Presentation must be kept neat, clean, departmentalized, and visually appealing to Guests.
  • Maintain a well organized and clean work area for all assigned locations.
  • Must be knowledgeable about products, speak positively about products, and make every effort to make a sale.
  • Assist on till as necessary
  • All other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work outside and stand for 8 hours
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift. May require the use of a ladder
  • Must comply with all Park and Department Policies and Procedures
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Retail experience preferred
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Basic fundamentals of Point of Sale systems and Inventory tracking systems
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
  • Must be able to life 15-20 lbs.
