Roles and responsibilities

• Responsible of day-to-day client satisfaction
• Responsible of the level awareness of QMS , QHSES & OSM.
• Single point of accountability as the Contract Manager and for all internal stakeholders with regard to contract management.
• Responsible for clearly and timely reporting on all aspects of the main contract (In charge of drafting and updating the Client Action Plan report)
• Responsible for transmitting invoices linked to contract to the invoicing department.
• Responsible to follow status of outstanding invoices.
• Responsible for timely updating OSCAR with all information relevant to the vessel contracts
• Responsible to track maintenance days due during the period of contract, and planning for maintenance days utilization with Operations & Technical Manager, to avoid loss of these accrued days.
• Perimeter will be west Africa.

Qualifications, Skills And Experiences

• Bachelor degree: Business, Finance, Supply Chain or related field 5+ years in the field of Contract Management, Finance, Supply Chain
• Mariner with minimum of Mate/ 2nd Eng certificate or Bachelor degree.
• Experience in contract management a plus.
• Worked on vessels for at least 5 years and ashore in an ops/technical roll for 2 to 3 years.
• Proficiency utilizing and interpreting financial models and analysis
• Experience applying organizational standards when developing requests for proposals, negotiating terms and drafting contracts
• Ability to interact in English and French.
• Significant experience in Oil and Gas industry.”
