The Senior Manager, MedTech Supply Chain (MTSC) Center FP&A & Home Office (HO) will lead a finance team of 8 (direct and indirect reports), supporting FP&A for MTSC Center Deliver, FP&A for MTSC Procurement Finance, FP&A for MTSC Center consolidations, and budget support for MTSC Home Office. At Johnson & Johnson, we all belong.Core responsibilities include leading FP&A activities supporting key business planning cycles, forecasting cycles, strategic planning, quarterly closing, and reporting. This leader will collaborate with MTSC Center business leaders to develop, track, and assess Home Office budgets. They will also work closely with the group finance team to represent MTSC Center.Key Responsibilities: Responsible for FP&A, business partnering, and compliance related activities, including:

• Leading financial consolidation, reporting and analysis for MTSC Center groups (including Strategic Plan, Business Plan, Financial Updates, Quarterly Reporting, and ad hoc analysis).
• Working directly with MTSC Center leaders, including Finance VP, to build and shape MTSC Center presentation materials for MedTech Leadership Team meetings.
• Supporting compliance and financial reporting activities.
• Driving standardization and enhancing transparency for MTSC Center Deliver, Procurement, and total Center performance.
• Liaising directly with MedTech Group Finance to represent MTSC Center.
• Partnering with the MTSC Center Deliver, Procurement, and other MTSC Center teams to track and report capital investments.
• Developing and leading a team of 8 direct and indirect reports.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; preferably with a major in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field
• CPA, CMA or MBA is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of accounting and/or finance experience is required.
• Ability to balance complex demands with a strong sense of urgency and prioritize competing demands is required.
• The candidate should possess strong partnering, influencing, and leadership skills
• The candidate should be a team player with the ability to communicate effectively and develop solid working relationships across multiple levels is preferred.
• Candidate must have the ability to clearly articulate complex financial information in an easy-to-follow manner required.
• The position will be located in Raritan, NJ and may require u p to 10% travel
