We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to provide essential administrative support to our Group and Senior Team Coordinator. As part of a dynamic team, you will handle a variety of tasks, ensuring smooth operational workflows and contributing to the success of our projects. Your role will focus on supporting team activities, managing logistics, and assisting with project and commercial functions.

The Opportunity

  • Arrange travel and coordinate team events, meetings, and workshops
  • Manage corporate credit card purchases, team SharePoint sites, and distribution lists
  • Assist with timesheets, staff on/off-boarding, and vacation student interview coordination
  • Support client relationship management, project close-outs, and document production
  • Handle commercial tasks like client invoicing, debt collection, and supplier payments

Is this role right for you?

  • Relevant experience in administration within a consulting, engineering, or built environment industry
  • Strong understanding of internal systems, processes, and guidelines, with the ability to help train others
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude
  • A professional demeanor with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
