Job Description

  • Design and implement end-to-end customer journeys and audience pathways across Qantas-owned channels, driving personalisation and conversion aligned with marketing goals and budgets
  • Develop and optimise Qantas Airline lifecycle communications to enhance customer experiences and drive brand and revenue outcomes
  • Develop a direct report, supporting their professional growth
  • Permanent role based at our Mascot Campus

We are seeking a Marketing Manager who is passionate about creating great customer experiences. In this pivotal role, you will maintain and optimise lifecycle marketing communications that align to the marketing plan, ensuring each interaction enhances the customer experience while supporting brand and revenue goals.

Collaborating closely with our Design, Brand, Strategy and Disruptions teams, you will thrive working with complex customer scenarios. Your expertise will shape the way customers interact with Qantas, as you refine and enhance audience journeys to align with our commitment to excellence. You’ll have –

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • Extensive experience in the marketing field, with strong interest and expertise in, customer journey mapping, lifecycle communications and email marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively, influencing outcomes and navigating complex communications issues.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with project-based work, with a high level of attention to detail and accountability for decisions and actions.
  • Enthusiastic about insights and data marketing, thriving in a collaborative and dynamic audience-led marketing environment.
