Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to real estate transactions.
Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support ongoing cases.
Maintain and organize legal files and documentation, ensuring compliance with all legal standards.
Communicate with clients, agents, and external legal entities regarding case developments and documentation requirements.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates for the legal team.
Assist in the coordination of transactions and ensure timely communication of pertinent materials.
Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations to provide accurate support.
Requirements
Associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a real estate or law firm setting.
Strong understanding of real estate law, contracts, and legal procedures.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
Proficient in legal research and software applications relevant to legal practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
