LPA is seeking a passionate Entry level Architectural Designer to join our integrated team of Architects, Engineers, Interior Designers, Landscape Architects, and Master Planners. We are an award-winning multidisciplinary design firm that focuses on collaborative and sustainable design. Our Education studio is committed to creating engaging environments that put 21st century skills at the center of learning. We have completed projects such as Tide Academy, Agnews Campus and Piedmont Hills High School. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our in-house multidisciplinary teams including engineering, landscape and interiors.

What you will do:

  • Participate in the integrated design process with other disciplines at LPA
  • Assist Design Coordinators and Project Leaders in the execution of specific assignments
  • Prepare presentations and documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction documents
  • Assist in research for product and construction methods related to projects
  • Review and process construction administration documents
  • Attend construction meetings and field visits to further understand detailing and coordination

Entry-Level Architectural Designer Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related field required
  • 0-2 years of experience in all phases of architecture projects
  • Experience in Revit, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
  • Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Committed to building a long-term professional career

The salary range for this position is $64,000 – $86,000 and is eligible for annual bonus. If you are hired at LPA, your base salary is based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience and/or project complexity.
