Aleph is redefining the world of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). We operate in an established software category with a multi-billion TAM but no clear winner. We’re here to change that, and our early results are self-explanatory.

Aleph was founded by Albert Gozzi and Santiago Perez De Rosso, two technical founders with backgrounds from Stanford and MIT and experience working at top-tier companies such as Google, Microsoft, and Bain & Company. We’re backed by top VCs (Bain Capital Ventures, Khosla Ventures, YC, Picus Capital), and work with customers like Turo, Notion, Zapier, and others.

What we’ve built so far is the most seamless way to centralize all of a company’s financial data – think expenses from Quickbooks or Netsuite, pipeline forecasts from Salesforce – and bring it into the tools finance teams are already using. But the vision goes way beyond that. We’re building the source of truth for a business’ data, and ultimately the platform businesses use to make better decisions.

We’re way ahead of schedule due to our unique approach, with barely any churn and rapid growth with very low marketing spend to date.

We are hiring remotely across the Americas (Canada, LATAM, United States).

? What We’re Looking For

Aleph is looking for its second marketing hire to help get the word out about the best FP&A tool on the market. We came out of stealth in Q4 2023 and have since grown exponentially, but are still the newcomer in a competitive market. We have great customers and solid product market fit, and it’s time to pour fuel on inbound marketing to keep up with our growth ambitions. We’re seeking a scrappy, well-rounded technical marketer who can integrate marketing strategy with technical execution.

? What You’ll Be Doing

Campaign Management:

  • Oversee and optimize digital marketing campaigns such as SEM, paid social, sponsorships, content syndication, and more
  • Create high quality content and copy to assist specific campaigns, such as writing linkedin posts, assisting with blog post copy, and drafting outlines for subject matter experts to expand upon
  • Orchestrate events such as webinars, executive dinners, and conferences, leading and project-managing efforts across functions to maximize ROI and ensure seamless execution

Demand & Lead Generation:

  • Help craft and execute a demand generation plan that’s aligned with company goals, target personas, and sales objectives
  • Constantly be on the lookout for new channels and creative tactics that can inject Aleph into the minds and conversations of FP&A communities

Conversion Optimization:

  • Collaborate with other GTM stakeholders to create high-impact assets (guides, templates, videos) that can be integrated into sales outreach and digital campaigns to improve click and conversion rates
  • Build targeting landing pages, run a/b tests, and deploy CRO strategies aimed at optimizing our website’s performance and TOFU leads

Full Funnel Reporting & Nurturing:

  • Monitor and report on marketing funnel performance from top to bottom, building dashboards that other GTM teams would drool over
  • Leverage data to identify trends, segments, opportunities, and areas for improvement across the GTM team
  • Craft targeted email campaigns to engage different segments of the CRM that convert warm leads into demo-ready opportunities

? What You Have

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign optimization, preferably within B2B SaaS
  • Startup experience
  • You’re skilled in the following tools/platforms:
    • Webflow
    • Hubspot (or other marketing automation tools)
    • Google Analytics
    • Google Tag Manager
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and social advertising, ideally with direct experience managing campaigns
  • Strong copywriting skills and a good eye for design and UX
  • Basic graphic design skills using tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
  • Bonus: technical background (strong knowledge of HTML, CSS + basic JavaScript)

Compensation Range: $75K – $95K
