Job Responsibility
- Gathering and analysing data from various sources to support business intelligence initiatives by analysing requirements and delivering effective and efficient solutions.
- Fully understanding business requirements and translating them into meaningful information.
- Handling Change Requests via Change Management SOP
- Providing highlevel reporting application support to stakeholders.
- Preparing and assisting in the distribution of routine and ad-hoc reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of reporting and visualizations using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Business Objects (Crystal Server), Qlik, and Tableau.
- Participating in data quality assurance activities to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Documenting business reports, SOPs, and business requirements.
- Assisting in team management during the absence of the manager.
Job Requirements
Formal Education and Certification:
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage
- Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or an Information Technologyrelated field.
- Knowledge of business process design and conceptualization skills is essential.
Skills And Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyse, and interpret data from various sources.
- Basic understanding of database management systems and knowledge of MS SQL query writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Crystal Reports, Qlik, or Tableau is an advantage.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and tools such as R or Python is also advantageous.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of business intelligence and analytics.
