We are seeking a motivated and professional Emirati Customer Service Officer to join our team in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding service to customers via phone, email, and in person.
  • Address inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain and update customer records with accurate information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer journey.

Requirements:

  • UAE National (Emirati) with a valid family book (Khulasat Al Qaid).
  • High school diploma or higher; a degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain professionalism.
