Job Description
Our client, Macktec Pty Ltd, is a local, family-owned business situated in the Hawkesbury region of NSW, offering extensive heavy and light vehicle mechanic services to all Sydney areas.
Just Automotive Recruitment is assisting in the search for skilled Fitter Generals to join the team in NSW. You are expected to maintain diesel equipment operation by completing inspections and preventive maintenance requirements.
1 fulltime positions available
$65,000-$90,000 PA depending on experience
Location: NSW
Critical Responsibilities
- Performing overhauls and recon of hydraulic systems and accessories
- Assisting in the design and installation of custom hydraulic systems
- Diagnosing and repairing hydraulic cylinder
- Conducting maintenance, repairs, and overhauls of hydraulic pumps
- Manufacturing custom hydraulic hose assemblies and kits using high-quality hoses and fittings
- Providing on-site breakdown services
- Diagnosing and repairing hydraulic systems, hoses, and equipment.
- To process workshop service/repair documentation on a daily basis
- Work in a safe manner, use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided and comply with requirements of the current Occupational Safety and Health (OS&H) legislation
- Other duties as directed
