Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Food & Beverage Executive to join our team at the Jio World Centre in Mumbai Suburban. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The role involves overseeing food and beverage operations to enhance customer dining experiences and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications And Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
  • Expertise in menu planning and development to cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
  • Thorough understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in bartending techniques, enabling efficient preparation and presentation of beverages.
  • Experience as a barista, showcasing the ability to deliver high-quality coffee and tea beverages.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate restaurant staff in achieving excellent service standards.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff and guests ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Prior experience functioning as a hostess with a knack for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day food and beverage operations to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement creative menu plans that uphold brand standards and cater to customer preferences.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain stock sufficiency and minimize waste.
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards throughout all operations.
  • Train and supervise staff, fostering teamwork and positive workplace atmosphere.
  • Interact with guests to gather feedback and address any service-related issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate and improve the culinary offering consistently.
  • Prepare reports on operations, including sales figures and customer feedback, to inform strategic decisions.
