  • Responsibilites & Duties
    • Develop and lead the overall compensation & benefits strategy for the organization, in alignment with business objectives & competitive market practices
    • Design & implement innovative compensation structures, inckuding basic salary, variable pay, equity plans & executive compensation packages
    • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies & others.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and senior leadership, to ensure alignment and buy-in for compensation and benefits programs.
    • Provide guidance and expertise on compensation-related matters, such as job evaluations, salary structures, promotions, and retention strategies.
    • Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Stay informed about legislative changes and industry trends related to compensation and benefits, recommending necessary updates to policies and programs.
    • Lead the annual performance review process, working closely with business leaders to ensure effective performance management and merit increase programs.
  • Job Specification
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional, Certified Benefits Professional) are preferred.
    • At least 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits role, preferably in a large organization or multinational company.
    • Deep knowledge of compensation program design, job evaluation methodologies, salary structures, incentive plans, and executive compensation practices.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends to drive informed decision-making.
    • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and develop a team of compensation and benefits professionals.
    • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
    • Work location can be based in Klang or Bangi.
