Job Description
- Work closely with the Compliance Officers and Team Heads to be aware of the project for processing and type of application to be filed.
- Secure needed list of requirements government agencies.
- Coordinate and make follow ups with other the Business Relations Manager and other NCI departments on requirements needed to complete the permit application
- Arrange for the sign and seal of professionals of plans and documents
- Assist in coordinating with the BRs the delivery and pick up of plans and documents for client’s signature
- Perform other functions as deem necessary by Superiors
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications
- Has experience handling heavy documentation/filing
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity
- Sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information
- Outstanding communication skills
