Job Description
- Provide execution of data management & competitive analysis in the development of Digital Banking
- Predictive Analysis and Personalization Engine plans through Big data, Marketing Tracking, Data Library, and Machine learning to ensure the attainment of business unit objectives and elevation to the brand.
- Understand the customer decision journey and how to transform the information into developing data and predictive analysis plans by establish/maintain data reception and tracking tools.
- Implement marketing intelligence that encompasses all digital platforms and provide better insight to grow our brands’ presence across multiple platforms, including developing an overall strategy and protocol for managing digital analysis
- Continuously build knowledge and smart strategy on personalization engine best practices and propose improvements to the acquisition and retention process
- Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.
- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major
- Having knowledge about Programming (Python, R, SQL)
- Having experience with Data wrangling and database management (MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle)
- Having experience with Machine learning and deep learning (sklearn, pytorch, etc)
- Having experience with Data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib)
- Having experience with Cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
