Role Profile

Position Summary:

The People Experience Business Partner (PXBP) is an exempt position that manages and contributes to PX projects, talent engagement, change management initiatives, and processes that drive the PX strategic agenda and supports the business goals. The PXBP partners closely with the VP PX, PX Ops, team members and People Managers on PX practices, processes and programs. Key accountabilities include engagement and stakeholder partnering, total rewards, engagement and development, talent acquisition, and talent management.

Key Accountabilities & Achievements:

  • Acts as a partner and liaison between team members and the management team
  • Provides advice and guidance to team members and People Managers regarding all areas of team member relations aligned to stakeholder group(s)
  • Manages various talent programs (community moments, internship program, etc.)
  • Contributes to PX projects, change management initiatives, and processes that drive the PX agenda and supports the business goals and objectives
  • Analyzes trends and identifies new opportunities based upon data analysis where PX can add value to the department(s) or business
  • Evaluates and anticipates PX-related needs aligned with stakeholder groups, and communicates needs with PX Leader
  • Manages benefits vendor relations and compliance
  • Provides PX Ops coverage for other members of the PX team as/if required

Knowledge, Abilities & Experience for Success:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration/Human Resources Management/Industrial Relations preferred)
  • SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an HR/PX Business Partner
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • HRIS experience
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) Monday – Friday, with occasional overtime and weekends as needed during peak periods.

Physical Demands:

  • Substantial movements (motion) of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers in a repetitive manner.????
  • Continuous sitting, standing, walking, using stairs, hearing, talking, bending, crouching, and working closely with others.?
  • Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, pull, or otherwise move objects.

Work Environment:

  • Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation.??
  • Moderate noise (examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic).??
  • Indoor and outdoor work environment with occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and outside weather.??
  • Onsite, with flexibility for hybrid on occasion, hours of work are Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings and/or weekends during peak periods.
