Junior Property Manager RENTAL MANAGMENT

WE ARE HIRING!!: Junior Property Manager (RENTAL MANAGMENT) in our Lisbon office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site visits to properties within the portfolio to assess conditions, identify maintenance needs, and ensure compliance with lease agreements and company standards.
  • Assist in the leasing process, including showing properties to potential tenants, conducting tenant screenings, negotiating lease terms, and preparing lease agreements.
  • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests, and coordinate with maintenance staff or contractors to address issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with senior property managers to develop and implement property management plans, budgets, and strategies to maximize property performance and ROI.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property-related documents, including leases, contracts, maintenance logs, and tenant communications.
  • Assist in conducting market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, rental rates, and competitive properties in the market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive tenant experience and efficient property operations.
  • Supervise service providers.
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance Department to ensure accurate financial reporting, budget management, and compliance with financial regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, clients, and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Availability to work in a flexible manner.
  • Entrepreneurial curiosity and a can-do attitude suitable for a fast-growth, startup environment.
  • Ability to coordinate and bring to closure many small tasks throughout the day.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
