Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Office Assistant to join our dynamic team as soon as possible. As the Office Assistant, you will be the backbone of our office, providing essential administrative support and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize office files, documents, and supplies.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or departments.
  • Support various departments with data entry, report generation, and other clerical tasks.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies to ensure smooth operations.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
