Job Focus & Responsibilities
We are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media manager to join our NY office at Greenpoint, Brooklyn. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that increase our brands awareness, followings, engagement, and traffic across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, Tiktok and Pinterest.

Key job responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our visibility and brand engagement, and build on our existing 50 million+ social followers
- Create and manage content across multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, Pinterest, and others.
- Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of various social media accounts to ensure their effectiveness.
- Engage with our online community to foster strong relationships and cultivate a loyal follower base.
- Drive the creation of original content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand identity.
- Identify and pitch collaboration opportunities with creators and talent where appropriate
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our social media efforts are effective and relevant.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media strategy with overall business goals.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital content creation or related field
- Proven track record of growing and building social media channels
- Excellent communication, interpersonal collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Experience in social strategy and execution, including paid social campaigns
- Media industry related experience
- Must be well-organized, self-motivated and driven
- Ability to navigate internal relationships and collaborate with other divisions and brands within Literally Media portfolio
- Passionate and highly knowledgeable about internet culture and comedy
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools like Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, or similar software
- This role requires a minimum of three days a week working from our office in Greenpoint, Brooklyn
- The base pay for this position ranges from $50k-$65k. Factors that may determine your actual pay may include your specific job related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
