We are seeking a talented Business

Systems Analyst to play a critical role in supporting and enhancing our

financial systems and processes. This high-impact position requires a deep

understanding of healthcare finance, operations, and technology to drive

process improvements and enable informed decision-making across the

organization.

As a Business Systems Analyst,

you will lead and execute projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams,

and act as a subject matter expert for financial systems, ensuring operational

excellence in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a team lead and primary liaison between Finance, IT, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage and enhance financial systems, including Workday Financials, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Analyze complex business needs and translate them into technical solutions and system specifications.
  • Drive system implementations, integrations, and updates, ensuring seamless functionality and user adoption.
  • Conduct testing, troubleshoot system issues, and maintain documentation for financial processes and systems.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to end-users.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop innovative solutions that improve financial reporting and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, ideally within the healthcare industry.
  • Advanced expertise in Workday Financials or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong foundation in data analytics, SQL, and financial reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge of GAAP, financial processes, and system integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
