Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a relevant role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with online chat platforms is preferred.
  • Familiarity with financial services and understanding of the lending process is a plus.
