Position Title: Quality Assurance Executive
Snapshot Of The Role
Quality Assurance Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance SOPs, collaborating with various departments and relevant authorities to enhance product quality and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
You Are Driven To
- Create, implement, and regularly update quality assurance SOPs to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Perform internal audits to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Involve in external audits conducted by regulatory authorities and certification bodies to ensure that all quality assurance activities meet relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with various teams, i.e. production, to align quality initiatives with business objectives.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance practices, policies, and procedures to encourage a commitment to quality.
- Analyse quality-related data to identify trends and areas for improvement to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
- Monitor and address customer feedback and complaints related to product quality, collaborating with teams to implement corrective actions as needed.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Food Technology.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in food manufacturing industry or food analysis laboratory.
- Knowledge of HALAL/HACCP/GMP/ISO standards.
- Familiarity with local and export food related acts and regulations.
- Skills of data analysis, presentation, documentation, and risk management.
- High commitment to quality fulfilment and detailed documentation.
