Role: Community Manager & Content Creator

Location: Madrid,Spain (Hybrid)

About the role:

Working in partnership with our client as a Community Manager and Content Creator, you will be the pulse of our client’s social presence, acting as the primary point of contact for all brand-related requests and initiatives. This dynamic role is pivotal in harnessing the power of social media to foster strong, engaged communities and achieve strategic business objectives. Markets are Spain only for Community Management and Spain & Portugal for the content creation part along with our Social Media Manager

What you will be doing:

  • Client Collaboration: Partner with the Senior Business Director to serve as the client’s main liaison for brand-related inquiries, ensuring seamless communication and execution of brand strategies. Build strong relationships with clients Spain / Portugal product teams, gaining deep insight into product unique selling points to inform messaging strategies.
  • Community Management: content planning, and performance analysis. – Community Engagement: Act as the voice of the consumer, monitoring conversations, engaging audiences, and steering the daily operations of social challenges. Ability to read and understand insights, through social media tools: BrandWatch, Sprinkler or any other.
  • Performance Analysis: Oversee performance reports, track relevant community data metrics, and use analytical tools to drive informed decision-making.
  • Creative Content Creation: Produce compelling, original copy for diverse digital outputs. Collaborate on visual content ideas to bring stories to life across social media, video, animation, and advertising formats.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Dedicated Team and Spain/Portugal client to ensure messaging consistency and accuracy across all channels, respecting brand values and campaign briefs. – Network: contribute to the client network globally to bring synergies and efficiencies where relevant

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Experience in community management and social media content creation.
  • Strong copywriting skills in Spanish – Ability to craft impactful messaging across digital formats.
  • Experience working with brands in Spain.
  • Fluent in English. Portuguese is a plus
  • Experience in the food industry is a plus.
