Brand Manager (all genders)

Job Description

Job Purpose

The Brand Manager (all gender) will be responsible for developing and implementing a 5-year strategic plan, setting annual marketing goals, and coordinating cross-functional activities. Key tasks include monitoring market results, proposing corrective actions, and leading their implementation to meet targets. The role also involves managing brand communication across various channels and maintaining a direct relationship with Global Marketing teams.

Your Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Develop the brand 5-year strategic plan by defining the strategic imperatives and identifying the appropriate commercial activities and Product Innovation plan to deliver against them
  • Define the qualitative and quantitative marketing goals for the year (budget, market share target…) as well as the annual brand plan activities aimed to reach those goals
  • Monitor results on the market, propose proactively corrective actions and lead their timely implementation to meet market share and financial targets
  • Coordinate with other functions for the definition and implementation of all the activities related to brands: pricing, promotion, new launches…
  • Responsible for the communication of the brand (on-pack, on/offline, in-store, …) to be in line with brand positioning and objectives, and validated from Local LMR departments (Legal/Medical/Regulatory)
  • Direct relationship with Global Marketing (GCBU) and active member of Global Brand teams (Brand Acceleration Tribe, Brand community…)

Who You Are

  • Master degree in Marketing: Business school, Engineering school or Pharmacist
  • Minimum of 3/5 years experienced in Marketing or Sales
  • Experience in FMCG or OTC industry, preferred also experience in Digital Marketing or e-Commerce
  • Self-driven leader with the ability to manage multiple assignments and drive projects
  • Strategic mindset, results-oriented and with entrepreneurial spirit
  • Convincing, persistent and capable to challenge the status quo
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, team and networking mindset
  • Solid analytical skills
  • Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written. French would be a plus.
