•Weekly meeting with business stakeholders for their concerns and repeated problems

•Manage on time Knowledge transfer and Transition of new Projects to Support.

•Daily analysis of tickets , reduction in ageing and outages.

•Work towards application stability and Resilience.

•Improvement in SOP documentation.
