We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Analyst to join our team, specializing in creating reports and managing operations on OneForce. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of OneForce, excellent analytical skills, and proven stakeholder management capabilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.

How will you make an impact in this role?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and deliver reports using OneForce to provide actionable insights
  • Create interactive & visually compelling dashboards in One.Force tailored to business needs
  • Collaborate with team members to gather, prioritize, and fulfil reporting requests from different teams
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports and data solutions
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Continuously improve existing reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with OneForce
  • Strong understanding of reporting tools and techniques within OneForce
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requests, and meet deadlines
