Job Description
We’re looking for a creative and analytical Growth Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced team. If you get excited about running experiments, love diving into data, and have a knack for understanding what makes users click (literally and figuratively), we want to talk to you! You’ll be the driving force behind our conversion optimization and user engagement strategies, turning visitors into happy Riverside users.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and optimize the entire user journey – from the first website visit through email campaigns and onboarding flows – turning visitors into loyal customers.
- Lead our CRM and website personalization strategy, making sure every user gets the right message at the right time
- Get creative with A/B testing across our website and email marketing (and have fun doing it!)
- Work closely with our amazing product, design, and sales teams to create magic
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or similar role
- Strategic thinker with experience in leading creative campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset with a creative twist
- Experience with CRM systems and website optimization tools
- Track record of improving conversion rates and user engagement
- Excel in cross-functional communication and project management
- Self-driven with a bias for action and experimentation
