About the Role
As a Marketing and Sales Manager at LaunchX, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing innovative strategies to support our corporate venture-building projects and LaunchX’s growth. From crafting impactful marketing campaigns to driving customer acquisition, you will ensure that our ventures thrive and make a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for LaunchX and venture-building projects across Morocco, Africa, and emerging markets.
- Campaign Management: Lead marketing campaigns, including digital, content, and social media initiatives.
- Website & Content Management: Create compelling content to build the LaunchX brand, attract talent, and grow a community of freelancers and experts.
- Event Management: Organize events and webinars to promote LaunchX’s mission and showcase the impact of our ventures.
- Brand Development: Strengthen LaunchX’s brand positioning for a robust market presence.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze and optimize marketing performance to achieve strategic objectives.
Sales
- Sales Strategy: Design and execute sales strategies and marketing materials to support LaunchX’s business development and the objectives of its practice directors (Industry, Agribusiness & Water, Services, AI, and Sustainability).
- Customer Acquisition: Develop B2B strategies to engage corporates and decision-makers looking to pioneer sustainable growth.
- Sales Operations: Manage lead generation, pipeline tracking, and forecasting to drive results.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Revenue Growth: Implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously evaluate and adjust sales efforts for optimal outcomes.
Qualifications
- Brand & Marketing Expertise: Proven skills in marketing strategy, campaign management, and brand development.
- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated experience in B2B sales strategy, operations, and client management in Morocco, Africa, and emerging markets.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to measure and optimize marketing and sales performance using data-driven insights.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Leadership: A track record of successfully leading and motivating marketing and sales teams.
- Education: A degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
