About The Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to lead our team of Account Executives. You will play a crucial role refining our sales strategy and processes, mentoring a talented and motivated team of AEs, ensuring we continue to meet and exceed our ambitious growth goals. The ideal candidate is results-driven, motivated by both personal and team success, and excited to lead while innovating our sales operations.
This role is based either in our London or San Francisco HQs. As a fast-growing company and team, we value working together, in person. Please apply if you’re in one of these or willing to relocate.
What You’ll Do
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of AEs, driving achievement of sales targets and fostering a results-driven culture.
- Own and uplevel our sales strategy by leveraging data to identify improvement opportunities, refine sales processes, etc.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring effective lead generation, qualification, and deal progression all the way through closing.
- Work closely with other teams and leadership to align on sales efforts.
About You
- 3+ YoE managing a high-performing sales team, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment. Ideally, your team members have individually and collectively achieved top performance.
- You have experience scaling sales in a fast-growing company, and/or building outbound motion as well.
- You have previous track record as an excellent Account Executive, consistently exceeding sales targets (e.g., Presidents Club, MVP, or top 10% performance).
- You lead by example and believe that your own success is tied to the success of your team members.
- You know how to motivate and guide a team to perform at their best, while promoting a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- You can navigate ambiguity confidently, making quick, informed decisions and adjusting as the company evolves.
- You have a ‘no task is too big or too small’ mindset and are equally skilled in managing a team as you are running the sales process yourself.
- This is not an entry level, or recent grad position.
