About The Role

As our Sales Operations & Reporting Manager, you will be driving operational excellence by supporting retail sales operations and delivering data-driven business insights. Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, you will be enhancing productivity through streamlined reporting and operational support, while working closely with key stakeholders across Sales, Field, Marketing, Finance, and Logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building best-in-class data tracking, reporting, and governance with key performance metrics.
  • Analysing the competitive landscape to define industry-leading retail experiences.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to optimize in-store support and improve productivity.
  • Engaging with the EMEA region to share and implement best practices.
  • Creating and managing a business analysis library to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensuring effective cross-functional communication across all sales channels.
  • Managing internal and external supplier relationships for optimal efficiency.
  • Driving cost optimization and operational process improvements to support market teams.

About you

  • A proactive mindset and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • An ability to manage complex datasets and translate insights into strategic actions.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or Business Administration.
  • A Minimum of 5 years’ experience in data analytics and business intelligence.
  • Experience working in a multinational company (preferred).
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
