The Role
- The Business Development Manager/Officer is responsible for end-to-end mall retail space acquisition (Site/Location Mapping, Assessment, Negotiation, Documentation and Relationship Management)
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree
- Extensive experience in business development and retail space acquisition
- Preferably with experience in mall leasing/tenant relations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Flexible and willing to do field work
- Willing to work at BGC and can start anytime
