Key Responsibilities

- Utilize UAS technology to oversee and manage patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on self-care strategies, medication management, and overall wellness.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
Required Skills
- Current New York state nursing license.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with a preference for home care or community health settings.
- UAS certification or a commitment to obtain the certification.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient care.
