Remote Early Childhood Associate Teacher | WFH

As an Early Childhood Associate Teacher, you will be instrumental in cultivating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children. Collaborating closely with the Lead Teacher, you will help to develop a classroom culture that inspires inquiry, teamwork, and a passion for learning. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Teacher in designing and implementing developmentally suitable lessons and activities.
• Actively engage students through the Responsive Classroom model, spearheading morning meetings and facilitating positive interactions among peers.
• Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages positive engagement and learning; supervise children during daily activities.
• Conduct authentic, hands-on assessments to monitor student progress and adapt instructional strategies as needed.
• Maintain a classroom environment that promotes curiosity and constructive behavior, ensuring safety and engagement during various activities.
• Support parental involvement by utilizing digital platforms to share student achievements and classroom experiences.
• Participate in school events and initiatives that enhance community and educational engagement.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline is essential.
• A minimum of three years’ experience working with young children is preferred, with prior experience leading classroom settings or small groups being advantageous.
