Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Lead Teacher in designing and implementing developmentally suitable lessons and activities.
- Actively engage students through the Responsive Classroom model, spearheading morning meetings and facilitating positive interactions among peers.
- Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages positive engagement and learning; supervise children during daily activities.
- Conduct authentic, hands-on assessments to monitor student progress and adapt instructional strategies as needed.
- Maintain a classroom environment that promotes curiosity and constructive behavior, ensuring safety and engagement during various activities.
- Support parental involvement by utilizing digital platforms to share student achievements and classroom experiences.
- Participate in school events and initiatives that enhance community and educational engagement.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline is essential.
- A minimum of three years’ experience working with young children is preferred, with prior experience leading classroom settings or small groups being advantageous.
