Assistant Project Manager – Residential Construction

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated professionals in a dynamic luxury home building company.

Construction Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Assist the operations team in development of budgets, contracts and spec sheets
  • Solicit specific pricing from vendors and/or subcontractors
  • Coordinate and organize estimates and general bid documents
  • Develop and maintain relationships with qualified subcontractors and vendors
  • Communicate and collaborate with other team members
  • Adhere to all safety, operations and regulatory compliance polices, practices and procedures

Construction Administrator Requirements:

  • Administrative experience in residential construction preferred.
  • A base knowledge and understanding of budgets and basic pricing functions
  • Ability to read blueprints and specifications a plus.
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines
  • Superior analytical and organizational skills
  • Drive to achieve and produce results on time
  • Must be proficient in Excel and Google Docs
  • Experience in Builder Trend, or other web-based management software
  • Exceptional language skills a must
  • Salary based on experience
