Job Description
We are looking for dedicated professionals in a dynamic luxury home building company.
Construction Administrator Responsibilities:
- Assist the operations team in development of budgets, contracts and spec sheets
- Solicit specific pricing from vendors and/or subcontractors
- Coordinate and organize estimates and general bid documents
- Develop and maintain relationships with qualified subcontractors and vendors
- Communicate and collaborate with other team members
- Adhere to all safety, operations and regulatory compliance polices, practices and procedures
Construction Administrator Requirements:
- Administrative experience in residential construction preferred.
- A base knowledge and understanding of budgets and basic pricing functions
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications a plus.
- Ability to meet critical deadlines
- Superior analytical and organizational skills
- Drive to achieve and produce results on time
- Must be proficient in Excel and Google Docs
- Experience in Builder Trend, or other web-based management software
- Exceptional language skills a must
- Salary based on experience
