Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service users.

By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team, dedicated to caring for a lady in her 70s in Northwich.

Our service user is an incredibly positive and upbeat lady who has a true passion for cooking and baking a variety of different recipes and foods.

Your role? To support her daily routines and assist her to engage in social activities. You will remain attentive and responsive to her care needs and manage her clinical interventions as required.

This isn’t just a job – it’s a chance to have a significant impact on a person’s life.

Please note, our service user has specifically requested female staff for their team.

Pay Rates

  • £14.50 – £17.50 per hour
  • Approx. £174.00 – £210.00 (per 12-hour day shift)
  • Approx. £180.00 – £210.00 (per 12-hour night shift)

Shifts Available

  • Full Time & Part Time
  • Days: 8am – 8pm
  • Nights: 8pm – 8am

Essential Requirements?

  • 3 months previous care experience?
  • Personal Care?
  • Moving and Handling?
  • Medication Administration?
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently?
