Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service users.

By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for children in the Blackpool area.
In this role, you’ll deliver essential, person-centered care to our service users, overseeing their clinical interventions and tending to their care needs as they arise. You’ll also participate in activities they enjoy, such as socialising with friends and family, watching their favourite cartoons, baking, going on community outings, and engaging in sensory-based activities.
At night, you’ll assist with their bedtime routines, ensuring they feel comfortable and secure, and help create a calming environment to support a restful night’s sleep.
Pay Rates
- £16.00 – £20.00 per hour
Shifts Available
- Permanent contracts available
- Full Time & Part Time
- Days & Nights
- Shifts ranging from 5 to 10-hour durations
- Alternate weekend availability is required.
Essential Requirements?
- 3 months previous care experience?
- Personal Care?
- Moving and Handling?
- Medication Administration?
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
