About The Role

The Agri Relationship Manager role sits in our NZ Markets team and provides support to the regional sales team to enable the Agri Managers to work more effectively and efficiently utilise their time for herd improvement conversations on farm.

The outcome of the role is to increase the frequency and value of Agri Manager and customer engagement and ensuring customer’s service level requirements are met.

Contributing to a team that is very much the ‘voice of the customer’; this role is a vital link between product development and selling LIC’s solutions in an assigned area to achieve sales targets.

Your role will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring effective account management processes in a cohesive manner alongside the Agri Manager, enhancing the value of the delivery to the customer.
  • Understanding of LIC’s products and services to assist the Agri Manager Sales team deliver a profitable and productive solution to our customers
  • Identifying, closing and administrating business opportunities within the Agri Manager portfolios
  • Be a key contact to our farmers. You will demonstrate relationship management and networking abilities to support the Agri Manager

About You

We are seeking a keen office-based sales administrator who is a confident communicator, and able to build effective strong relationships both face to face and over the phone.

You’ll be working with Microsoft programs including excel and OneNote and ideally if you have experience with SAP this would be a bonus. It would be an advantage to candidates if they could demonstrate a sales ability, knowledge of the dairy industry and time management skills.
