  • Collects and analyzes data to help hotels make decisions that improve operations, customer experience, and profitability
  • Use data from various sources, including bookings, guest feedback, revenue, occupancy, social media, and online travel agencies.
  • To collect, organize, and analyse large sets of data to identify trends and insights that can help inform business decisions.
  • Evaluates hotel performance to verify strategic pricing and restriction decisions by market segment and channel were successful in achieving revenue goals.
  • Determines areas of opportunities for further revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Reviews and tracks the brand contribution for assigned hotels to ensure maximizing brand channels and minimizing potential missed revenue opportunities.
  • Reviews and analyses the group trends, monitoring group blocks, wash factors and optimal group booking windows.
  • Prepares trend reports to be used when completing the 90-day room revenue strategies for assigned hotels.
  • Maintains short-term & long-term trends of the local market. Tracks, evaluates and communicates business and market trends for assigned hotels to the RM and or SRM.
