What YOU Will Do
The Account Manager II is responsible for leading a team, fostering development and positive client relationships while taking ownership of work order and account level finances. The Account Manager II will display strong organizational, prioritization, and leadership skills. You will lead and coach a team to accomplish optimal performance in a fast paced high volume environment
- Team Management and Performance
- Manage and lead a team of direct reports.
- Determining training needs and schedules
- Career pathing and developmental plans
- Review team performance against Service level agreements with improving scores, analyzing trends.
- Assist team in prioritization of day through pulling daily work order reporting and identify any high priority tasks.
- Work order management
- Ensure work orders are completed each month and accurate
- Analyze volume trends
- Ensure compliance with SLA requirements
- Monitor and assist on escalated and or high visibility projects
- Reviewing Key performance indictors and implementing SOPs.
- Financials and Reporting
- Responsibility of work order level finances
- Ensure adherence to billing terms and maximize profitability
- Manage client relationships equally and effectively
- Develop positive client relationships
- Assist and/or guide through client escalations or high-profile projects.
- Ability to create meeting decks and perform client calls at a scheduled cadence.
- Ensure all client inquiries are addressed
- Support department initiatives
- Collaborate on business development needs
- Foster cross-departmental relationships through cooperation.
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks by deadlines with conflicting due dates
- Assist in work order and vendor partner negotiations
- Assist in monitoring and/or executing after-hours tasks on evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
- Travel as required.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
What YOU Bring
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management Previous experience in Facilities Maintenance/Construction a plus.
- Previous experience in construction management preferred.
