Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst to join our team in the banking area. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions, ensuring seamless integration and effective communication across various development stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to identify and document their requirements for IT projects.
• Design and implement testing strategies to ensure system functionality.
• Develop and detail system integration plans.
• Manage and resolve issues and incidents, providing end-to-end tracking of solutions.
• Collaborate daily with IT business analysts, developers, operations teams, and third-party suppliers.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Hungarian, both written and verbal.
• Minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in the banking area is a benefit.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and various development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• SQL, database design, management, querying.
• Strong understanding of business analysis, systems organization, and testing processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently.
• Expertise in creating detailed process flows, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
