Vice President of Information Technology

Spurwink, a leading not-for-profit behavioral healthcare organization, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Information Technology (VP of IT) to lead and oversee the organization’s technology initiatives. This critical role will be responsible for driving IT innovation, enhancing security, and improving both employee and client experiences through advanced technological solutions. The VP of IT will play a pivotal role in shaping Spurwink’s IT strategy, aligning it with the organization’s mission and long-term goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic IT Leadership. Oversight and Management. IT Security and Compliance. Innovation and Technology Advancement. Collaboration and Communication. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably within healthcare or a not-for-profit organization. Executive level experience preferred. Proven experience in overseeing IT infrastructure, applications, and security at an enterprise level. Strong understanding of IT security practices and regulatory requirements. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders. Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and technology.
